Q. Can I talk to a live person if I have questions, or don’t have a computer?

A. Absolutely, we will answer the phone ourselves. 100% US based customer service, 9am-5pm M-F PST


Q: Can you send photos to nursing homes?

A: Absolutely! We love sending smiles to everyone we can.


Q: Can you send to APO Addresses?

A: Yes! We are honored to support our deployed troops and contractors.


Q: What if I forget to upload photos?

A: Even if you forget, we will remember to send your love with some of our very own beautiful landscape, nautical, or architectural pictures.


Q: Can I send a message with my picture?

A. Yes, any message you request can be printed on the back of the photo.


Q: Do I HAVE to send a message?

A. Nope, you don’t have to do a thing (except pay us, of course. And maybe say nice things about us from time to time….)


Q: How often do I have to upload pictures?

A. As often as you like… Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly… hourly if you prefer.


Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A. Nope, we’ve got you covered, and have opted to cover the sales tax as part of the cost of doing business.
